I submitted my PGWP application online in July 2018 and I started a full time work in the same month. In mid September there was still not update on my application, but my HR kept asking me for a work permit and my visa/study permit was about to expire, so I dicided to flagpole and I got a one-year PGWP on the U.S. border. A few days later CIC informed me that my online application had been cancelled. I guess that’s because I already got my PGWP on the border.
Since my online application submitted in July’s 2018 was cancelled, I was wondeing if July 2018-Semptember 2018 count for my one-year work experience which is required by Express Entry?
