I'm a Canadian Citizen. I'm trying to sponsor my husband, we have a son together.
In the past, he applied for refugee and was refused. But he have not been sent back home yet. We sent our sponsorship application on June 2012. We are doing out land sponsorship. Approval for stage one (Mississauga) July 2012. Our application was sent to Accra for further processing.
We recently got a email from Accra asking for the following:
1) Repayment of deportation fees. My husband have not been deported yet. Not sure why they are asking for deportation fees. I don't think they are aware he is still here.....but he might be going back to our country soon.
2) police clearance
3) Bio-page of passport.
I Will appreciate any help and answers. Thanks alot
