make one file and add all ir academic documents and passport , loa, college fee receipt copy, introduction letter. and dont keep them in main luggage,,,,, keep in handbag that u can take in the flight ...to keep all ur documents with u all the time safely.
 
will it be a problem if someone has not paid any of the university fees before landing in Canada?

guessing if visa officer has approved the application without college fee receipt. !!!
at the point of entry cbsa officers gonna ask u how r u going to finance ur education? then prepare fr the answers.
