Please Seniors.....Method of Payment......Urgent!!!!!

Dear Seniors please do suggest!!!!

I was refused student Visa before, at that time the offer letter was from Centennial College. I had also paid a semester fee. Now I got refund too but the amount is in Canada (One of my relatives account).

Now I got offer letter from Seneca and I want to pay that amount in Seneca but I am worrying that

(I) I will not be able to show my wire transfer details to CIC as it will be paid from Canada.
(II) Its not fast to receive payment receipt from Seneca.
(III) And the amount will transfer from my Uncles account.

Now my question is:

(A) What will be the best option, its good to pay total amount from here or paying from canada will not affect my case in front of VO?


Please friends its quite urgent so plse do suggest as earliest.
