Consulate site says it 60 day for Stage I, but how long actually does it take for Indian passport issued in India to get PCC from Indian Consulate.....

it depends on where you belong to in india , if u r from a town/city it will be faster.
I stayed in bangalore for last 10 years, my PCC was issued in 10 days from Vancouver embassy however lets say u belong to some town in bihar/orissa/UP it will take longer as u know how these states are.
Since bangalore is developed city i guess response time from the concerned police stations was quicker.
