REASON TO CHOSE CANADA:

Canada has breathtaking beauty and is one of the most peaceful and politically stable places on earth, giving me a serene place to study. Canadian institutes are governed very strictly and held to high standards, and consequently are regularly ranked as some of the best educational institutes in the world. The work experience and exposure one can get in Canada is difficult to get in India. The fee structure is also quite affordable compared to destinations like the UK and the USA. I want a varied tapestry of cultural and economic experiences.

REASON TO CHOSE SASKATCHEWAN POLYTECHNIC:

I have always wanted to receive a quality education from a well-renowned institution. I have always looked for the best colleges in India and foreign countries offering the education I wanted to have in my career. I chose Saskatchewan Polytechnic College, Saskatchewan for my course (Business Information Systems) as it is one of the best institutes in Canada and is recognized for its outstanding academic quality and a career-focused approach while imparting education. Saskatchewan Polytechnic is known to create leaders of the future in various industries by helping the students develop excellent management and leadership qualities. It is my firm belief that this will be a life-changing experience for me and after completing this course my career will be set on the right path with a broad range of opportunities. This is a college that is renowned globally and will leverage my chances of grabbing the best jobs in the competitive employment scenarios worldwide. The skills I would develop by pursuing a Business Infomation Systems diploma at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic will let me acquire all the invaluable tools and knowledge integral to accomplishing my envisioned goals and is highly regarded and has multiple valuable and professional accreditations.

Saskatchewan Polytechnic has awarded me the Scholarship for Academic Excellence worth 10,000 CAD. This is not only a wonderful recognition of my eagerness for academic excellence, but it will also serve to further bring the cost of my course down. I am truly thankful to Saskatchewan polytechnic for this unprecedented opportunity.

REASONS TO BE BACK IN INDIA:

The country I belong to is fast-changing and developing. It has its own set of challenges. I would wish to continue my father’s IT business with a more technical approach, once I return to the country and will take over my father’s business and support it with more technical skills and technologies to globalize the business. The manual operations are still complex, studying at Saskatchewan Polytechnic will help me understand technology in a better way and impart what I learned from the course in my professional life. Also, since childhood, I have been very much attached to my parents. I have my father’s business to handle, and I am very close to my relatives too. Also, the diploma will help me position my head and shoulders above the usual crop of graduates in India. So, my education will give the most ROI when it is leveraged in a place where it is unusual. So, back home will be the perfect place to exhibit my experiences and education with the Business information system course which is a blend of both business skills and IT technical skills.

My father is my sponsor.

I have already paid 10,000 CAD to Saskatchewan Polytechnic as part of my fee and have already purchased a GIC worth 10,000 CAD as required of me.

DECLARATION:

With all the above explanation, I made my point that my only intention to travel to Canada is to gain quality education and exposure and further to continue my father’s business in India or any part of the world in the field chosen.

Hi,

I have some thoughts:

1) need not include that much details about your family
2) on your reasons to choose Canada, why are you telling about the work experience? If it's for your study permit, then don't tell anything about work in Canada. Just talk about the education you would obtain there and that's enough.
3) reasons to choose Saskatchewan polytechnic paragraph can be a bit more concise; and instead of bragging too much about the college, you can justify why you chose the college over other Canadian institutions.
4) and in the same paragraph, you have included that studying in that particular college will help you secure jobs. In this case, specify that how it'll help secure an outstanding career in your home country. Be specific. You should prove your home country ties wherever possible (not only at the end).
5) for funding, also specify the total amount; according to your statement, you have mentioned 20k cad but that's not enough. Include the scholarship amount + your fee+ gic + other sources of funds. And finally, include the total amount.

Funding is more crucial, so try to concentrate more on that part. That seems to be left out in your sop.

So I think you should work more on your sop, make it a bit concise. Concentrate more on the crucial information and filter all the unnecessary details. It is still fine to make a lengthy sop, but you can make it a lot more clear and to the point.
I would recommend you to restructure your sop with some proper guidance. It should be well organized.
