Hi dear,
I am in winnipeg i appeal vancour in december2011 but after that nothing heard no court date yet , i am so upset please if someone has experienced about spousal appeal timing in winnipeg or vancouver how long they take just tell me ,
may be that can help me to understand time .

Mine took more than a year. You can phone the IRB in Vancouver to ask about your case, but most likely it just hasn't been scheduled yet. It took about 9 months before I heard from them when my appeal date would be.

We sent our notice of appeal end of December 2011 to the appeal division in Vancouver. In April we got a letter informing us that our full hearing was scheduled June 21, 2012.

All three of us through the same office, so why the difference in times? Habibti, do you actually live in Vancouver? I know my date of appeal was delayed slightly because I live in Saskatoon, so they had to wait until they had enough appeals (I think the judge and Minister's Counsel were there for a week) to justify going to Saskatoon.
