Please read ..... decision made ... what does it means???

dear members kindly help to understand the meaning of "decision made" in my case.

i have been requested to send my passport copies to LVO in April on 20th. i sent my passport copies on 29th April... now after a month on 19th may... "decision made" has changed on my status.

Does it means that i have gone through all the background checks???
now they will just send the visa???
How much time will they take after it to send PPR 2???

Please any one guide me as my medicals are expiring in September so should i pack my bags now???
i am waiting for the replies as every step is important for every applicant.

kindly tell me normally they take 1 month after PPR 1 but i have crossed the date... whenb should i expect PPR 2.

Dear i have received the PPR 2 request and have sent our passports...... now please tell me how much time will they usually take to issue visa..... some one told me that they take 7 - 10 days.... is it right?

what are your planings? where will u move in? i have decided to go to surrey BC... do u know any website or links to get informations about surrey? i have also heared about some paid courses ..... do u have any knowledge? give me any web addredd or link to get informed.
