Hi,
My E.cas has never changed, it shows the same old information from Sidney, but i changed my address once and they updated my address, but not my E.cas.


When i wrote to find out about my status they replied, " Your file is being processed"

1) My question is does it mean the same thing like "in process?"

2) Should i write and asked them why my E.cas is not being updated or just wait for their mail?
