Put all ur family info e.g address, name,dob make sure is d same with ur boc

I am not saying I have hard to time to filling the forms. I cant find those forms for each of my dependent.

I found filling out these forms bit confusing , as any mistake can lead me to get my case delayed and I will b the one responsible.. so I feel seeking help from a lawyer is the best option as they are doing this thing on regular basis so the chances of mistakes and delay are lesser.
Just an advice
If someone thinks they can do it by themselves.. good for them .. and good luck

This is really an important and useful thread.

I myself opened an account and prepared the online forms - hoping to get a positive decision one day - but could not find these forms for my dependents. I thought that the forms that I've filled includes all the information of my dependents, that is why IRCC wants to avoid duplication of forms and work.

Maybe @theclaimer can help us.. she applied by herself..

You have the correct forms- what you have pasted in this post basically says complete all the forms for your application for yourself.

Then complete the additional forms (the 3 you shared IMM 0008, 5669 etc) for each of your family members/dependents.
