I am applying for PR as a protected person,my case is linked to my marriage and i was approved on ground of credibility.My situation for which i need direction to apply for PR:
I have 2 kids with wife who is also an agent of my persecution.I ran away without divorcing her,although she had told me that she has divorced me already orally.While away i was sending her child support even when she had refused to file for one.
I first moved to the USA where i spent 1 year plus,i met a lady there and had a child with her(we first married and she divorced me after 3 months ).She also filed for child support,when i was not working or have the authorization to work in the country.
Now i have protected status in canada and need to apply for PR,what are the possible hurdles i might face.
Note: I am not applying to bring any of my kids to canada. They are all in my application as my children and i plan to support all of them.My wife with 2 kids will not even allow them come to me or even speak to me on the phone. I lost contact with the one in the USA but trying to establish contact so that i can start paying the child support now that i am working.
Kindly advice me,if there are grey areas let me know.
