Please I need Help with Goods To Follow

Hello,

I am planning my landing in Nov 2nd week and my travel date is fast approaching. I am very much stuck with this GOODS TO FOLLOW stuff and I need help / direction PLEASE. I would greatly appreciate your help.

Are there ant maximum allowed value / limits for the goods that I could bring / import?

I also have some gold jewels ornaments few are here with me in USA and some in India, how do I get the values, Can I go to any jewelry merchant and get it valued?

For clothes / daily wear stuffs, should I itemize each individual items like pants, shirts, suits and etc with exact numbers or just writing 2 boxes of clothes and approximate / random number is ok?

For my electronic items / kitchen utensils and furnitures, can I write any random values or should I write the current selling price of the new item?
