AS provided through the fedral skilled worker program that I could obtain 5 points if I have relatives in Canada
my question is :
my uncle is a quebec immigrant since 2 years and he is living in quebec ,so could I obtain the 5 points if I apply to the fedral skilled worker ? or relatives in Canada doesn't mean who is living in quebec ?
Hi,
For sure u can claim 5 points for ur uncle. All u need is his medical card, some utility bills or other evidence showing that he is residing in Quebec. I think u can even apply for provincial nomination program for Quebec also, just check on Canada immigration website for further details.
If u intendant to reside in another province then u can claim his points and apply under FSWP.
Good luck.
thanks, actually you saved my life as someone told me as your uncle is in quebec so he isn't considered in Canada there is difference between quebec and Canada
