study permit requires a minimum amount of funding. No exception. Your parents might provide the money too.
>however i am in a permanent job in an accounting firm and i just started a small business with my father it that enough to convince the officer?
quite subjective, but I'd say unlikely...
Try to open a fixed deposit with all your funds and show that as a financial document. Also I hope you’ve obtained your GIC Certificate and also tried to pay your semester fees..

I was denied for purpose of visit and family ties in Canada and country of residence, i got the GCMS notes and the officer was basically saying that my course of study and my educational background did not add up combined with the fact that i have family in Canada, was not convinced it was bona fide.
I had applied for Personal Support worker program at a private college and my education background is in Accounting.....Now i have decided to enroll with centennial Accounting program and i have a job at a top 4 accounting firm
What you can do is.. you can show your parents as your sponsors and attach their income documents to your file such as their source of income/ payslips if salaried, bank statement showing funds, any investments, ITR etc.
And also as you said that you are working then you have to attach your bank statement showing showing your salary credit , your pay slips and also ITR
