Hello,

I am planning to apply for a spouse workpermit, I am living with my girl friend for the past six months, we are planning to get married as my restoration status ends by March 2015. My girl friend has a study permit and it is valid until end of 2016.

MY doubts are

1. Will I get a open work permit ?

2. What is the current processing time for spouse work permit ?

3. Types of forms to be filled and documents to be attached ?
