Hi I've done IELTS with 6 bands overall 7.5 listening,6 in reading & speaking, writing- 5. My lawyer said that he could get me enrolled in 1 year diploma course in Vancouver,BC. But I want to go to Manitoba coz 1 reason I have few friends & family there and 2nd PR is easy there. Now please someone guide me should I take ielts again or apply for this 1 year course in Vancouver,BC. Also if I go to Vancouver and after completing my diploma can I extend my study permit if yes please tell me how? Any funds required?

I think you may choose different institute in manitoba ..after completing your 1 year course in Vancouver,
about funds, you should wait for more replies on this forum ,
can u tell me why you want to go manitoba ??

First of all your IELTS score is BAD take the exam once again and try to apply beause at the time of applying you need to have overall 6.5 with no band LESS than 5.5..! My suggestion take be on the safer side take IELTS once more
