Thank you again for your help. I am collecting letters of support from family / friends and email correspondance proving our desire to move to Canada.
After rereading the email from the CIC to us I noticed they are asking for the Immigration Medical Exam and saying it has to be sent by November 2013. The problem is we did this in February, 2013 and included the copy of the exam (I have a copy though still) in our initial packet.
Specifically the CIC wrote: "Medical: Complete or provide proof of why you are unable to complete your Immigration medical examination This must be received at this office by: 11/30/2013"
I am going to resend the copy I have showing my wife completed it but do you think we need to have it redone? Why would they be asking for it again? It's only been 8 months or so since we sent in the original.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

!! When you submit all of your docs., just include a copy of their letter with the medical part highlighted and specify very clearly that it was already completed and submitted. Re-send another copy of the exam as proof again. Make sure you get it in with plenty of time and track the package or send your items electronically if that is an option. Blessings
