Please help, which forms do we use???

Hi everyone,
My common-law partner (she is a canadian citizen living with me in the uk for 2 years) wants to sponsor me to move to canada. We are aiming to move September 2020 and are about to start our application.

I thought it would just be a case of using the common-law partner forms. But the forms and checklists keep saying things like she must be currently living in Canada or I must be currently in canada.

Are there no forms specifically for common-law partners both living outside canada?

Any help greatly appreciated

Ok .... think I have it sorted now, we use the common-law partner forms and apply under the family class??
