Hello, my decision for my refugee claim just got refused and i will be applying to appeal,my hearing was in January and i received the decision in August, i have started work and my boss wants me to become a manger, but i am afraid that my appeal is going to be refused.
I have heard that i should apply for Express-Entry but i was wounding if i could apply for it while in my current position and inside of Canada.
And if not, will i be able to apply for Express-Entry if i leave Canada (keep in mind i will have a job offer).
Has your boss obtained an approved LMIA for the role? You can only say you have a job offer in Canada under Express Entry if your employer has obtained an approved LMIA.
You can apply under Express Entry - but note that any experience you gained while in Canada after you applied as a refugee cannot be counted.
No he has not i did not know we needed to do such a thing, does it take a long time to process? and after i get it can i apply for Express-Entry from inside of Canada or not?

It will likely take 4-6 months for your employer to obtain an approved LMIA. Note that not all LMIAs are approved. So there is no guarantee your employer will be able to obtain one.
Having an approved LMIA does not mean you can remain in Canada. If you are told you have to leave as a result of a failed refugee claim and the appeal fails as well - then you will have to leave Canada.
