Hello Everyone!
Just wondering if I need to submit a copy of Father's death certificate for sponsoring my widowed mom? I won't mind but the info on the certificate was hand written and wasn't very clear - basically just scribbled…you know how Government Officials are!.
Don't want CIC to return my application just because one document wasn't very clear! In addition, it doesn't ask for any death certificate anywhere, anyway. So should I just avoid sending?
Thanks in advance guys!

1. Send a copy. If you don't, CIC will probably come back and ask for proof that your mother is a widow.
