not sure if there is any way out. you cant justify stealing to the visa officer, he/she is going to look at the PCC and decide on whats there.stealing for fun/stealing for bet stealing for need whatever the motive is, it is stealing. SORRY!

Just have a small doubt here

When you say "police cautioned ur husband" , wat does it mean?

Does it mean case has been filed or just a warning not to repeat

If its just a warning or cautioning (not a case) , then nothing to worry and get PCC from police. They will not mention this type of things in police certificate

Regards
Cool

Police caution is recorded against the alleged persons details in UK. It stays in there for 3 years, in my opinion it will be mentioned in PCC.
A police caution is a formal alternative to prosecution in minor cases, administered by the police and other law enforcement agencies in England and Wales, and in Hong Kong. It is commonly used to resolve cases where full prosecution is not seen as the most appropriate solution.

uk police has warned him. they didnt any photograph or fingerprint bt they got the address and date of birth thru debit card.

Your concern is PCC

Just give a request for PCC and then see wat happen

Assuming your own way won't help you

actually its matter of our future. my husband asked someone over there and he said they will mention caution on pcc. he has already requested pcc. he wil get that next week. our medical submission date is also approaching its 17 aprill. we have spent alreardy lots of money on agent and we have to give him 1 lac more to release medicals. landing fee is also there. my question is if uk police mention caution on pcc do we have to go ahead ? what if they reject our application ? very tensed situation. what to do dont know, even we cant discuss this with anybody here. only this forum is the way to get any possible resolution to my problem.

1 lacs for releasing of medical....?.you can remove ur agent from ur case and deal directly

thank u so much n very true miracle do happen,If one is in a situation that isn't going well . i never thought we would face this situation in my life . my husband is very nice person he can never do such a thing i dont knw wat ws the circumstances or our time ws going wrong.i completely trust on GOD. I m confident that my prayers will not go unanswered. GOD IS GREAT

Good job....

Anyways, you have to provide the PCC and I do not see any way to remove that caution from the PCC until after 3 years. It would be now on visa officer's discretion to allow or not allow the entry to Canada. Apply for PCC and submit it. See what happens.

@Coolguy...one cannot remove agent at this point. There must be an agreement between the agent and the candidate for representing the case and providing services and amount must be paid as agreed.

yes we hv to provide pcc we dont want to hide anything or misrepresent anything frm cic. my husband will get pcc by next week. if there is caution do we go ahead with application or we have to stop right there? we r in dialema

I think you should go ahead, but before that I would also suggest you to talk to a lawyer. I would suggest David Cohen of Campbell Cohen (canadavisa.com). He might give you good advice.
