Please help regarding changing program

Hi friends, I have been enrolled for a hybrid course. My Intake was may and later deferred to September. On September college suspended this course. So I selected another course to study online as I can't waste time. I completed electronics and communication engineering and took embedded systems program. But I changed to networking course. I have received passport request on May 19 and yet to be stamped. Will it affect my visa if I change my course that too another field.
