please help !! PGWP from any public course ?

please guys help me clarify this !!
From my understanding you can get a PGWP either if u get a DEGREE from a private school or a DIPLOMA from a public school which no matters how long the program is (off course more then 8 months).

so for example
if I take a 1 year undergraduates diploma from BCIT (public school) = YES
if I take a 2 years undergraduate diploma from Art Institute (private school) = NO
If I take a 3 years Bachelor degree from Art Institute (private school) = YES

if I already have a 2 years diploma and want to attend to 1 last year to get a degree = YES

Can you confirm ?

If it leads to a degree then you are eligible. So 2 year private diploma => +1 year and they will grant you a degree = YES

can you also confirm that 1 or 2 years diploma in public institute are enough to get the pgwp ?

If its a public funded college then its a guaranteed PGWP. (Be mindful that there are courses that is called blended and other course that can be done online, this will not grant you PGWP even if it is public college. Your college will probably tell you about the eligibility)
