PLEASE HELP! Mistake in document submitted for study permit extension application

Hi,
When I submitted my passport document for my study permit extension application, I forgot to add the stamped pages. I added only the first and last pages of my passport. I applied on November 2nd and I realised an hour ago about the mistake I made. I have submitted a webform mentioning replacement documents and attached the correct pdf along with an explanation letter. My study permit expires on March 31st next year. Please advise me on what I can do.
