It would be really nice if you can secure valid job offer from a Canadian employer because in that case you won't have to worry about the 300 cap applicable to those applying without job offer.
Check the following link to calculate your points. The threshold for IELTS is atleast 6.0 in all IELTS (GT) modules. But that is subject to Pass mark of 67.

Thats the number of applications so far received by CIC. If your NOC code is already full, then CIC may not be accepting any more applications unless they have a job offer. So, you might want to search for a job in Canada and then apply, which again is tough because the employers have to go through some process to take you for a job outside Canada. But worth a shot, atleast you'll know the process!
