Hey...I am Pakistani and got married in Pakistan in the month of march...my husband is Canadian PR... now after marriage he return to Canada and apply my case Family class sponsor ship... he mailed Part 1 and Part 2 of form to Canada high commission Mississauga....but we did not mail Part 3... we are confused where we have to mail Part 3 (form IMM 3907e) of form... to the Islamabad visa office or somewhere else .... Please help me...

All the forms must be in the same envelope, sent to CPC Mississauga - sponsor forms, principal applicant forms and country specific documents.

The file your husband sent is not complete and will very likely be returned because there are to many documents missing.

Thanks batina for you help... but we did not mail part 3 and my husband got acknowledgment letter from Mississauga that he is eligible to sponsor me and they give us file number... now please tell should we submit part 3 to Islamabad because now they forwarded our case to Islamabad

Did you husband got approved as sponsor or did he get the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR)? They are 2 very different things. The sponsorship approval means CPC-Mississauga has already made the decision about the sponsorship, while the AOR means that the application to immigrate to Canada has been received, and that the application will be processed if it is eligible to be processed.

Receiving AOR doesn't mean he's been approved as sponsor, but that the CPC got the envelope he sent and will start looking into the documents.

Then try your luck sending the rest of the documents to Islamabad. Write your file number on the envelope and with the documents include a paper explaining why you didn't include them with the original envelope.

If it was me, I wouldn't send them before 1 or 2 month passed after getting Sponsorship Approval, just to be sure the file gets transferred to Islamabad. Especially when your processing time estimate is so long.
