Scanned copy. In the optional document upload please upload everything you can possibly to strengthen your application including a letter to the visa officer ( madam/sir ). The documents can be scanned together one by one to make it in a common file less than 4 mb.

do document need to be notarized. It is asking question like
did your representative gave any receipt to submit with application. my agent did not gave any receipt . i am applying through agent. so do i need to mention yes/no. thank you

The people manning the agency may not even know as much as some seniors in this forum. I personally always believe that a study permit application should never be done through consultants/agency. It may question your capability before the visa officers ( my personal opinion ). That may not be case in case of visitor visa which can be applied through an agent. I applied online myself. I thoroughly read many of the threads in this forum. I have not gone through your profile but assuming that you are trying for sp for some diploma you would need completely different arguments and additional facts to bolster your application. I hope you already have your medicals done as the results are valid for one year.

Sorry to hear about ur rejection. Keep hope alive pls. But u owe us reason for rejection, it is a norm bcos many may learn from it. I think any document u scan its original copy do not require notorization, but where scanning copy u will notorise. Pls do upfront medical to hasten the process. Good luck.
