I have couple of questions about Letter Of Explanation.

First of all, can someone please share the format for LOE? Like, Whom should we address it to and all.

Secondly, Do we need to write separate LOEs for primary applicant and spouse?

Any help would be appreciated. Please help!!

There is no format. Just keep it same as you write for some official correspondence. You can address it to Authorized Officer, Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada or Concerned Officer, Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada.

You only have one placeholder to submit LOE and you should only write one letter. Discuss each point in a separate paragraph.

Its up fo you to make separate letters or all in one,if separate letters you will need to merge them before upload,just make sure that its well organized and up to the point and explain anything that might create doubts.good luck

There is no particular way to do it. I made it a document with contents page and all. So, it is completely up to you.
