* Preparation of Project Quality Plan (based on ISO 10005), Internal Audit Plan, Audit Checklist, Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan. * Involved in conducting Internal ISO Audit for various projects like Sea World (Project Value - 80 million AED), Makers District (Project Value - 32 million AED). * Assist QA/QC Manager in Developing DF Quality Manual and Procedures. * Adherence monitoring of Dutch Foundations quality system & comply with ISO 9001 standard & maintaining the requisite documents. * Coordinate with site management to see the QA/QC programme is implemented as per in house management system & project specification. * Preparation of Checklists. * Preparation of QA/QC Reports to Internal/Consultant/Client * Managing & Controlling Work Inspection Request. * Review pre-qualification documents. * Prepare and submit KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). * Raising / closing and managing Internal/External Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Site Observation Reports (SOR). * Establishes and control the document and data control system. * Review all test reports (including material test reports). * Preparation of material compliance statement as per specification & standard. * Ensuring the equipment is calibrated and are checked for accuracy as per the calibration schedule. * Preparation of Projects Daily Progress Report to management
