I am a student who started his study in Canada in Dec 2009, unfortunately I returned home in Aug 2010 because a death in the family after that I transferred to the U.S to finish my language training, so is it possible for me to reapply for a student visa no the basis that I still have a valid acceptance in a Canadian university also i have a valid ( Study Permit ) << date of expiry in Oct 2011
