hi all,
I have facing a situation tight now.
I have both applied PNP and CEC on June 19, 2014. I got my BC PNP nomination letter on Feb 12th, 2015 and medical request letter for my CEC on Feb 19th, 2015.

My lawyer has already prepared my EE online for PNP.
I finished my e-medical for CEC on March 3rd.
My question is, should I only wait for CEC processing, or should I do both?

Since your Lawyer is handling your file you should ask the Lawyer, don't just accept "advice" on forums.

I agree with Orca....

Also, I can add that the balance processing for CEC for you is about 4 months, while for EE online would be about 6 months (?). If all goes well, your CEC would beat EE. Depending upon many factors, my personal opinion is that you might linger with EE for sometime(but check with your lawyer first), to see how CEC proceeds. Are there more benefits by using EE-PNP over CEC (or other way round), I do not know, you would need check on this!!
