I don't have any previous undertakings, and I haven't co-signed for anyone

• So Question 7 is the total (you + your wife + her dependent) = "3"

Thank you, Canuck! My child had undergone medical plus MMR last week and according to the physician, he needs one more MMR this Nov 3.

Does the child count even if he is not being sponsored? My partner has a child from a previous relationship. I understand a medical is required but am wondering if my final answer is two or three

The child must be included in the app as a dependent even if they are unaccompanying. This means that they are counted in question 3 of IMM0008 and therefore are counted in question 5A on IMM5481.
