I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in May 2009. And post-graduation work permit was issued to me for the period from 11 May 2009 to 11 May 2010. At that time, my passport would expire on May 11, 2010, so my post-graduation work permit was issued for only one year. On the post-graduation work permit document, it remaeks: "post graduate work program maximum 3 years. Must renew passport for future extensions consideration." But In August 2009, I left Canada and came to the United State of America for graduate study, and then I graduated with master's degree in accounting in May 2012. I have renewed my passport. Now I really want to go back to Canada. Am I eligible to apply for extension of post-graduation work permit (that is, can I get another "two years" of work permit" back? Thank you so much for help. I would appreciate it.

Yes I tried to call CIC, but my call couldn't go through. They only receive the call inside Canada, but I am in the USA. Please help me out! Is there anybody who knows about the extension of post-graduation of work permit?
You can just do it on-line and you need to pay another feel. I used the same application as PGWP and stated the reasons for extension.
I sent the copy of new passport, letter from my employer, and copy of my degree.
oh wait, spoke too soon... I don't think you are allowed to be registered in school if you are on PGWP.
It may not apply to you as you are studying in the states...
