Please help!!!! - Letter of Invitation

Hi,

I have recently been approved to land in Canada as a Permanent Resident. My mother will be accompanying me for which I am applying for her Visitor visa. If I state the purpose of her visa as "Others", I am asked for a Letter of Invitation. Since I am not yet a Permanent Resident as I have not completed the landing formalities, and neither do I have a Canadian address or telephone no., can I still issue a letter of invitation for my mother?

Really appreciate any response as I have been beating my head around this for a while now.

You can, but it is better that you chose "visit family" and in the invitation letter explain that she is helping you in your landing.

So it won't be misrepresentation ? Since she is not visiting someone in Canada , but rather accompanying me.

Misrepresentation is not that at all.

You will be explaining this in your letter of explanation.

You can but it depends on the reasons for refusal.

What did you state as the purpose of your earlier application that was refused - "Tourism" or "Others"?

You can but it depends on the reasons for refusal.

hi,reasons for refusal are the ff:travel history(she visited US,Australia,Singapore,Shanghai and HK.made a tabla with dates and purpose of visit.stamped passports were also uploaded
current employment- she is now a homemaker
personal assets and finances-uploaded titles of home and 2residential lots.car ownership 7k stocks certificates and 5k in bank to fundher trip

I am planning to apply with purpose tourism, maybe you could try that too. What will you show as proof of temporary residence? They ask for hotel, flight tickets or itinerary.

am really confused if the purpose of visit in reapplying is different from first.IRCC has files in their database so it shows inconsistency.just submit an itinerary and hotel name and address

My mother has friends, as well as her own sister, i.e. my aunt in Calgary. However, she isn't asking for a Letter of Invitation from her sister, because they haven't been too welcoming nor helpful in the past. She is planning to take the letter of invitation from her friend. Will this be a point of suspicion for the visa officer, since she has to declare all family members, including her sister in the family information form?

Any inputs appreciated!
