hi guys.
i have some questions about checklist.

1.on imm5533 , on page 3, there's is question about " are you a canadian citizen living outside canada"
my husband is living in canada so i check ed "no" on the right side. but should i check also left side box too? i am not sure if i need to check to let them know i reviewed that part or attaching something.

2. same as above, #3 question on the same page about children. we dont have any children so i checked "no" but still need to check box on the left?

3. same on #4 about previous relationship part too

4.on page 5 " accompanying children's additional information ". i checked no. but still need to check on the left when i am not attaching anything there?

5.police certificate part. i checked yes for "if i am order than 18" and no for military service part. need to check on the left?
( j am attaching police records document )
6.on page 6, medical examination. i don't have anything to attch there. need to check on the left side?

all of my questions is about if that left box is to let them know i went through this part or to let them know i am attaching something. it's confusing.

if anyone knows about this, please help me!

Check all of those on the left except for medical, leave that blank. The check is to let them know you went through those. Good luck!

thanks for your reply.
did you also do like you said? and there was no problem? cause i am worried if they send my package back cause they might think i am missing parts

I did it the same way. I haven't had AOR yet, but I am 100% sure this is the right way to do it, it's how everybody does it and how you're supposed to do it. Your package wouldn't be sent back because of that. Do make sure all the forms are up to date, and check your country specific requirements. Go through the checklist several times, and check for updates on forms the day you mail it, or the day before

thanks so much for your help
also i have other questions

1.we were trying to pay fee withmy cic account which i used for working holiday. but it didn't work. so we had to make new account on payment page with my husbands email account.
and when we get application number, cani link with my cic account ?even though we didn't use that for payment ?
*we tried to login with my husbands on cic but it didn't work so i am guessing that was only for payment part

2. for supporting documents for relationship. "important documents that we are recognized as each other spouse such as insurance benefits "
we want to submit this part but my husband is moving to other company soon and we recently got married so we didn't add me under his insurance. can we submit marriage certificate and my insurance certificate saying i can get coverage in canada. and attach letter of explanation saying " we didn't put me on his insurance cause he is moving to other job and i have my own insurance so we are attaching marriage certificate and my insurance certificate "

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to these two questions
