From the past one month I am on restoration period. Now I'm Arranging LMO. but there is an emergency so i need to travel India. So my question is that. If ill find my LMO in some days.. Can I restore my status from India. Can I come back please reply ASAP
No - you can't restore your status once you have left Canada. Go ahead and leave Canada and apply for your new work permit from India once you have the approved LMO.
Actually I applied for work permit extension before the expiry of my work permit with out LMO but it got rejected. now I dont have any permit or visa left. its just 90 days of restoration.. So i'll leave canada and arrange my LMO.. then I can come back ??
Yes - you can leave Canada now. Once your LMO is approved you can apply for a work permit from outside of Canada. Once that work permit is approved, you will be able to return to Canada.
Thank you so much mate.. Because if for a reason I didn't able to arrange for LMO. then any how I have to go back to India. but will it be a negative affect ?
