My wife is in India. and We were blessed by a Baby Boy in June 2016.
As i am Canadian Citizen. I have submitted my Sons file to CIC Sydney for Citizenship and its in process right now.
now my wife got PPR request, So what should I do to bring my Son as soon as possible here??
Should I add him in file or I apply for his Visitor Visa ???
please guide me how to add new born for spousal sponsorship file.

For my daughter, we were able to get her citizenship and passport turned around in 6 weeks. 1 month for citizenship application, 1 week for passport.
If your son was born June 2016, then you definitely should have included him in your application. But if it was June 2017, I do not know what you would need to do. Technically your wife got her PR as they asked for PPR, but I am not sure if you have an interview if they will ask again.

The child is not eligible to be added to PR app as a dependent, since he's already a citizen. He would just be listed in the "Additional Family info" form.
He's also not eligible for a TRV, since he's already a citizen.
You need to get his citizenship confirmed and then a Canadian passport.
