please help gckey locked need to submit finger prints

My account GC key is locked I can not access my account I submitted my ITA recently. I need to submit my finger prints do you know how account can be unlocked.

Any help will be appreciated.

How did it get locked?? was it because you tried to use a wrong password multiple times??? You can try to reset your password from the forgot password link and check.

most of the times, a locked account will be unlocked within a specified timeframe (say 24 hrs). If you still have issues, go ahead and raise a CSE with urgent flag in the subject. Hopefully someone will respond quickly.

Thanks for your replay actually I was trying to reset the password after reset I tried the same password and it did not work. Unfortunately I do not remember the security questions.

I have read my people had this issue but no post any solution about how did they unlock the account.

What should I do now?

Hi,

You not remembering your security questions is a big problem. Infact no one will believe you are the actual owner of the account. there are 3 security questions. do you not remember any of it??? generally the questions are asked on a random basis. try to re-login 2-3 times till you find the question for which you know the answer.

if you are able to successfully login, you can reset your security questions also.

if nothing works, i guess you may have to contact CIC technical team about this. not sure of response times.
