Please help for Visitor visa

Dear All,

Me and my wife wants to apply for Canadian visit visa
I am now 65 years old employed in Saudi Arabia, living here from last 38 years and employed in the current job for last 8 years.
My wife is 62 years old now.

I have two sisters living in Toronto, they both are nationals there.

Last year in October I visited USA for 15 days where my another sister and a brother lives.

Can any1 kindly guide me what documents I need from my sister in Canada?
Also I plan not to stay at her house may for more than a two days or 3 days whereas rest of the time I will be living at a hotel and visiting other tourist places.

Total duration of my stay is for 15 days to the max.

I am thinking to provide these below documents please advise.

1 - Job introduction letter from employer (covering my job title, length of job and salary)
2- Salary certificate from employer as I get paid monthly on cash.
3 - Bank statement for last 6 months I is having 36K CAD $ in my bank maintained from more than last 6 months.
4- Salary slips for last 6 months.
5- Confirmed purchased tickets for the specific departure and return dates for the month of MAY.
6- Hotel bookings in Canada.
7- Rent agreement for my flat in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

Please tell me what else I must show, I owns two flats in Pakistan, one under my name and other under my wife's name, will it be helpful if we submit ownership documents then what is required to submit if showing property documents ?

Which documents I will be needing from my sister who is living in Canada?
Also I got visit visa refusal last Year for UK, should i mention this, what i need to put forward if so and if i don't inform them will it impact ?
Kindly help me out in letting me know what info I should put forward, I am really grateful for your support.

Your sister can send you an invitation letter + copies of her citizenship card/passport + her NOA/bank statement (if she wishes to provide these financial documents)

You must prepare a detailed day-by-day itinerary.... listing out tourist places/activities along with expense estimates (sightseeing/ meals/ shopping/ local travel) + hotel + airfare.... for yourself and your wife.... and prove you have the finances for this visit

You can also purchase overseas travel medical insurance for your visit (although it is not mandatory, it will certainly help in your case).... and submit copies of this policy with your visa applications.


Apart from the documents you have listed also submit:
1. Copies of your immigration status/resident visa in Saudi Arabia. If you hold Pakistani passports then you will have to give biometrics too
2. Previous travel history (scan visas + prepare an explanation listing each visa/entry-exit dates/purpose of visit.... for each country you have visited in the last 10 years)

Yes, do submit copies of ownership documents, translated into English by a certified translator + current market valuation with realty reports. All amounts must be in PKR/CAD

You can also prove your other strong ties to KSA and Pakistan..... such as family ties (including immediate family who are dependent on you), financial investments, etc.

The letter from your employer must state that you will have your job when you return from your Canada holiday.

You must disclose the UK visa refusal + also any other visa refusals/entry denied (if applicable) for any country. Not disclosing such information could be considered as misrepresentation and in the worst case could result in a 5-years ban from entering Canada
