I applied for my parents visitor visa, they granted visa for my mother but they refused for my father.
Now i am planning to apply my father's super visa.
i have query regarding income proof.

in 2014 me and my wife had collective income of $42000
T4 for my self 17000 and T$ for my spouse $25000.

2015:
This year my income is $50,200.
but i have not received my NOA and T4 yet.

but i can provide my original job letter stating my salary , pay stubs, rental agreement with my tenant ( for rental income proof).

Please advice if it will work???
Now, I have a question that do I have to add my wife as a co-signer as in 2014 our family income was $42000 including my wife's income.
