Hi everyone , I am wondering if the cic physician panel perform the CT scan or not ? I took an appointment for the medical examination on next week also tonight my mother going to have the CT scan as a follow up treatment by her doctor ? Will I inform the the panel physician about tonight’s test? Please answer and keep my mom in your prayers. Thanks in advance
Call the cic physician panel and tell them about your mom’s situation on Monday & see what they have to tell you. May God bless your mom & every mom in the world. Good luck
No panel physicians don't usually order a CT test. You should offer the results to the panel physician as proof of either her remission or her disease. Your case is slightly different because you are asking for H&C based on availability of medical treatment.
Thank you Canuck. Yes I will tell him , I already took a summery note from her oncologist . actually I didn’t ask for H&C based on availability of treatment. It was different ground but while her application was in process unfortunately she diagnosed with cancer. Now she got the remission for 5 years but needs to follow up in every 6 months.

Yes doctor said it’s 5 years since the day she finished her radiation. So now less than 1 year but she needs to follow up for 5 years then doctor can call her cancer free . I will keep posted . You can always have a look and of course pray for all the sick mothers and wish my mom all the best
To prevent confusing people you should say that her cancer has been in remission for under a year and when she is cancer free for 5 years from remission date the doctors will considered her cured.
