I am married to a Canadian citizen (a Filipina) and we're both staying in Thailand but we don't have a work permit nor a non-b visa... so basically we are tourists here. We were married here in 2007, when we still had work permits and non-b visa. But then we went back to the Philippines and stayed there for about 5 months. After that, we came back here in Thailand looking for jobs. I currently have a job but the employer cannot issue a work permit due to some limitations of the number of Thai employees, so I am still a tourist in paper. Now, my question is, what address should we put in the application as our residence? Where do we send the application, from here or from the Philippines? Does it matter? Thank you all....

It won't matter where you send it from, as long as Mississauga receives it. Regarding the address, that needs to be where you want to receive correspondence. You can use either the Thai address or one in the Philippines as your mailing address. But since you are living in Thailand, you need to indicate your Thai address as your residential address.
