PLEASE HELP CIC Payment Failed

So, as if things couldn't get worse, I finally finish my visitor extension online application and when I go to pay, it tells me transaction failed.
It said too many failed attempts. It was my first attempt. I've tried everything (different addresses, different credit cards, etc). I can't call the offices because they are too busy and they aren't even accepting calls. I tried emailing them and nothing. My visa expires TOMORROW. So please, please help. I'm really getting to the end of my rope here.

Try with a card from a friend. A friend that know his information correctly and how to do online payments.
