Please help! Can my spouse cancel my PR card.

I got my PR card 3 years before (April, 2017). My husband sponsored me at that time，he is a Canadian. I married him in 2014, and then he helped me apply the PR card.

But right now we separated and I decided to divorce him. I want to leave him.

Our marriage is genuine, we have 2 kids. our kids are Canadians, my kids were born in Canada.

My question is: my ex-husband always said I cheated on him (adultery).
So if he report to the government，say I have an affair. Will the government cancel my PR card?

No he can’t. There are lot of cases where marriage break downs after pr so don’t worry and carry on your life.

Nope. Your sponsor is responsible for you financially for three years, but once your PR is granted, you're 100% safe (as long as your relationship was genuine/not fraudulent, obviously).

You can tell your husband to ''report your adultery to the government'' all he wants, they'll mostly laugh at him and say there's nothing they can do. Leave that manipulative man, and live your best life!
