I will be completing 2 years of work experience in Canada by this January(full time) with valid work permit.But I stayed only 1 year in Canada physically,whereas I am currently in USA and working remotely.I am getting salary as usual in Canadian bank and payroll was getting executed in time and also paying taxes as usual.I got remote working facility,on permission of my client and my employer.Now,please tell me whether am I eligible to apply for PR under canadian experienced class or not?Since I am not in Canada for the past few months.
Please guide me.
