Have 46% in 10th(cbse)

what to write in SOP ??

Because i have faced a refusal on the basia of 10th marks..

i have 65% in +2
and 6.5 in ielts

for which intake r u applying i suggest you apply for caips notes in 2,3 days thn apply

No need of caips
coz reason is very clear - proposed program not reasonable
in light of weak acedemic score in core subjects
in grade 10 and 12 and modest language
abilities.

first apply for jan 2013 in spp
and now in general catagory

Bro, i think you might change your course. soft eng need higher academics than you have, better to try new course
