I am guessing ur asking about PR programs and how they can be affected by ur job? u should check out different immigration programs below . normally u have to be in NOC 0,A or B occupation but some provinces have different requirements .

thanks for your reply mead :)
i did not get you as well facing "page not found" on manitoba's link.

i just want to confirm about manitoba and saskatchwen.
take an example like if i have done my post graduation diploma in visual effects course, than is this compulsary to get a job in same field of study in work permit or i can do any job as well can apply for p.r after that?

compulsory for what? PR? or r u asking for keeping ur work permit? normally if u have an open work permit then ur not bound to any employer or job title.....now once u graduate depending on ur course and university/collage u will get a PGWP with which u can work any where ..now for PR there r different options ..normally most require ur occupation to fall in NOC 0,A or B category to apply for PR. if u look at the last page of that link i posted earlier there is all the information about different PNP . Some PNP are open to NOC C and D too u will have to search according to ur occupation/job title/ job responsibilities which suits u best.
