I applied to University of Windsor MEng-Mechanical Jan 2016 intake and Centennial College PG Diploma-Mechanical Engineering Technology Jan 2016 intake. I got an admit for Centennial in October, I was waiting for the university decision. But I paid fees at Centennial in November as I dint want to run out of options. I waited will December 5th for the university. As I had no response from the university I applied for visa on 11th Dec for which I am waiting for their response. Now, Fortunately or unfortunately I got offer letter from University of Windsor for May 2016 intake(Summer intake). Now I want to switch over to the University as it was my first priority. Can anyone guide me through the procedures?? Should I wait till I get my visa and then contact CIC or take actions now. Classes at Centennial starts on 6th Jan, so I have to act quickly as I have to get the refund or transfer of fees that I paid to University of Windsor. Someone pls guide me through the right procedure. And as I have applied for visa on 11th, anyone has an idea about chances of getting response by this month end.
