Please advise - SINP 2012 work permit expiring

I come to know that, CEC rules have been changed OR going to be changed from January 1, 2013. I am in Regina for over 4 months now and started work before 1st of May, 2012. However, my post graduate work permit is expring on December 6, 2012. I have worked in Toronto for 1 year for logistics company, I did my 4 months Co op work term from May 2012 to August 2011 and then continued in same company in the role of Bookkeeper from September 2011 to April 2012 for 8 months. I filed my PNP in Ontario but I did not get Job approval for more than 6 months and hence I left the job and moved to Regina, my unfortunes that rules started changing here, by the time I moved to Regina I got my job approval in Toronto as well and there is no more luxury in terms of immigration. I have been working here for Accounting analyst job for over 3 months now from June 2012 onwards, but my job is term job of 15 months but my company wants me continue, I also work on part time at Tim Hortons in Regina.

I am looking to apply for SINP sometime by end of this month but now job approval rule has made it more complex and hence I want to try out all options are left with me. before I have to go back home. I have already finished 4.5 months and more than 960 hours in Regina. Its been hard fought life for me here over 2 years now in Canada, I came to this country with dream and still I belive that I have plenty to offer to this country in terms of skill and amount of work but I have no more constraints other than time.

Please advise, what should I do ? my work permit is expiring in about 3 months from now.

Why dont you apply extension of work permit once you will get SINP. Its very easy to get the extension

If you apply for SINP you won't get the nomination before next year. I am already waiting 10 months and they only now started to actually do something because I contacted an MLA here in Regina.
SINP I think is the slowest of all PNP programs.
You should see that you can get an extension to your present work visa while waiting on SINP.
