I am posting it here again to have the topic at the right section.
Please remember we had our relationship since 4 years and since I did not get my divorce from my previous husband as he was upsconding it took 7 long yeaars for me to get the divorce. I landed here with divorced status as a PR with my kid.
Now that we both want to marry, I want to go to India and get married. Please advise if there is a way at all to bring him here (sponser him) or else it would not make any sense for me to live here wihtout my family or him.
